About Me

Hi! I’m Victoria- NASM Certified Personal Trainer, healthcare professional, and coach for those who want to get strong, feel confident, and train on their own terms - at home or in the gym.

My fitness journey started in high school when I discovered the freedom of running. I joined the track and cross country teams, where running became my outlet - a way to disconnect and clear my mind. In college, I walked onto the Division I Novice Rowing team at Robert Morris University, where I learned the discipline and mental grit needed to compete.

Later, at West Virginia University, I found my passion for strength training. Lifting helped me feel powerful in every sense - mentally, physically, and emotionally. I studied Health Promotion, Medical Humanities, Nutrition & Foods, and interned in sports nutrition with WVU Athletics, where I worked with collegiate athletes and performance staff.

I’ve also spent years in the healthcare field- first as an EMT and ER tech, and later in healthcare operations with a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. I understand how the body works under stress and how movement, recovery, and mindset come together for real, lasting health.

As someone who lives with scoliosis, I know what it’s like to work through pain and limitations. I’ve learned to manage my back pain through core stability, mobility work, and smart, progressive strength training- and I bring that same care to my clients’ programs.

My coaching is built on a deep understanding of the body, a passion for movement, and a no-pressure approach. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into a routine, or ready to take your training to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are.
